What You’ll Do:
As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

Who We’re Looking For: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
• Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with technology and online communication tools
Responsibilities:
• Develop leads in Pueblo, CO, US to identify potential clients interested in real estate opportunities.
• Participate in training sessions aimed at improving knowledge and skills in real estate procedures.
• Ensure persistent follow-up with leads until successful appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer’s agent.
• Maintain regular contact with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to foster relationships and establish brand recognition.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives.
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads efficiently and convert them into new clients.
• Maintain accurate customer information for agents using a CRM system.
• Effectively arrange and conduct appointments in an organized manner.
Qualifications:
• To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid Real Estate License or be actively working towards obtaining one.
• Previous sales experience is a mandatory requirement for applicants interested in this position.
• Effective communication skills are crucial for successful interactions with clients in this role.
• Commission opportunities are included in the compensation package for this position.
• A valid Driver's License is a must-have for candidates applying for this position in Pueblo, CO, US.
