In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn essential skills in personal assistance and gain exposure to various aspects of our business. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Organize and coordinate meetings and events
• Maintain files and records in an orderly manner
• Perform research and compile information as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
