Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive calendars and schedule appointments.
• Arrange travel itineraries, including flights and accommodations.
• Prepare and organize meeting materials and take detailed minutes.

• Ensure efficient file management and maintain an organized office setup.
• Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or relevant field are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with various software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
