We're actively seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Manager to support and execute hands-on local marketing campaigns , community events , and promotional initiatives . This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to break into marketing, brand management , or public relations .

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, pop-up activations, and community engagement initiatives to increase brand awareness
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging with attendees and delivering compelling messaging at live events
  • Oversee event logistics including setup, teardown, staffing, and promotional material coordination
  • Support creative projects such as flyer design, signage, and giveaway distribution
  • Conduct market research to uncover outreach opportunities and evaluate campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Collect and analyze event feedback, track key metrics, and contribute to post-event reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for event support
