Position: Entry Level Events Assistant
Location: Santa Ana,CA
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in event management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, corporate gatherings, and social functions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
Support the team with logistical arrangements and on-site execution
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
Help manage event schedules and timelines effectively
Maintain accurate records and documentation for events
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event management software
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
