Happy Sapiens Dental a 2 location Dental Practice is looking for a Front Desk for its Pinehurst TX, 77362 Location. The Other Location is in Spring/The Woodlands, 77380.

Job Details:
Full Time: No Weekends, Monday to Thursday 4 Days in Pinehurst, Fridays the Pinehurst Office is Closed.

Job Description:

• Pick Up Phone calls and schedule Patients, Sometimes call Insurance Companies as need be.
• Collect Money in various Forms from Patients.
• Download data from Insurance Answers Plus verification software and upload to Denticon Software.
• Create Real Time Treatment Estimates as need be and present to patients. 
• Keep up with Preauthorization process.
• Be able to enter patient information consistently in the software.
• Retrieve / download / upload pdf files.
• Have the ability to be calm even if the patient is angry for whatever reasons. 
• Be able to do simple math like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and find percentages on a calculator.
• Willingness to learn if do not already know the information. 
• Be able to communicate agreements and disagreements respectfully to the existing team members.
• Detail oriented, checklist driven, personality fits the best for such a role. 

Things Not Part of the Job:

• Do not have to manage other team members.
• Do not have to do any credentialing or fee schedule negotiations.
• Do not have to post Insurance Payments.
• Do not have to work on Insurance Claims, like appeals etc.
