• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage patient inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing.
• Collect payments and explain financial arrangements when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience in a dental office (required).
• Knowledge of dental software ( Open Dental – a plus).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
