Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Analyst to support our daily operations and ensure smooth office management.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
• Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
• Documenting all financial transactions and monitoring company accounts.
• Managing account receivables and payables, posting financial transactions to the accounting system and making bank deposits.
• Handling monthly payroll administration.
• Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules and appointments.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Data Entry role, ideally within the Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
• You ideally have prior accounting experience.
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
