Based at our new Casper Construction Shop, a Construction Tech is responsible for header house construction including installation of metering equipment and electrical cables, fabrication of sub-assemblies and assemblies, and building piping headers, fusing polypipe, gluing PVC piping and connecting metal piping components.
Employees at this level may have only limited or no directly related work experience, though familiarity with basic tools and equipment and basic maintenance skills are a plus (drills, saws, grinders, forklifts). High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ur-Energy is an innovative, industry-leading ISR uranium company, operating the Lost Creek mine in south-central Wyoming. Production operations began at Lost Creek in 2013 and, to date, we have produced ~2.7Mlbs U3O8. Our second Wyoming uranium project, Shirley Basin has all major regulatory authorizations and stands construction ready.
