Job Description

Clinical Liaison Ryders is hiring! We are a family-owned and operated skilled nursing provider with 8 facilities across Connecticut and 75 years of experience as a trusted partner to local hospitals and communities. We are currently seeking a regional Clinical Liaison to oversee all facilities, with a marketing focus on our two southeastern Connecticut locations.We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive insurance benefits package, as well as an employee perks program to supplement you and your family's needs. Increase referral sources Maximize the census through effective marketing Generate public relations and marketing opportunities Rounds/marketing in New London County and may also cover other areas throughout CT and RI Ability to convert referrals to admissions in a timely manner Attend and participate in marketing meetings Speak and/or meet with families about specifics of admission requirements and placement procedures out in the field Contact area hospitals, community agencies and groups to promote and maintain good working relationships Arrange and coordinate visits from area hospitals and agency staff Submit daily reports supporting activity.
