The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role works closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about driving engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure all campaign assets meet brand standards and project requirements.
Track campaign progress, monitor deadlines, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
Maintain campaign calendars and documentation, ensuring all activities are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and basic financial reporting for campaign expenditures.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
Prepare post-campaign analysis and summary reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
Handle administrative tasks related to campaign management, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and tracking approvals.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
2 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and marketing software/tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms, paid advertising, and email marketing is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $25 - $45 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
