Business Development Representative

Description:

As a Technical Business Development Representative (BDR) at WunderGraph, you'll focus on driving new business opportunities by identifying prospects and decision makers, booking calls, and managing our outreach processes.
You will work closely with the CEO and CCO to ensure a seamless sales experience, document and update our CRM (Salesforce), and use intent-based tools to identify and reach our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Your responsibilities include booking calls with potential customers, managing and documenting sales processes in Salesforce, using tools like Koala to identify and track leads, creating and managing lead lists, cold emailing and targeted outreach, scheduling events and meetings, and helping to refine sales processes and explore new sales tools and strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a BDR or B2B sales development role, preferably at a SaaS or developer tools vendor.
Proven track record of creating leads with large companies or enterprises.
Strong organizational skills; experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
Ability to work under pressure towards ambitious goals and monitor your impact by KPIs.
A hustle mindset, with experience in cold emailing, intent-based outreach, and pipeline building.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be located in or near US time zones (Pacific Eastern), preferably Miami.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Koala, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and technical concepts.
