Job Description

Title:  Batch Release Manager
Location:  Remote
Schedule:  M-F Full Time (Very flexible with hours); 7 AM- 3 PM, 9 AM- 5 PM (Flexible to part-time and/or block schedule)
Type:  Contract

Responsibilities:

• Batch record review
• Batch/product release 
• Work on improvements to QMS
• Work with external vendors and attendance at project meetings (virtual)
• Vendor oversight and evaluation 

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar field 
• Experience with aseptic products
• Deviation investigation review 
• Ability to work independently 
• Solid dose experience is a plus 
• Project management skills a plus
• 3-5 years experience minimum (looking for a more seasoned person), at least 2 years experience performing batch record review and release activities.
• Experience working with external vendors (contract CDMOs) is a plus
• Experience in pharmaceutical development environment a plus
