Job Description

We are looking to hire a full-time Associate Pastor of College and Students.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our college ministry, including teaching on a weekly basis, discipleship of students, engaging new students, and identifying and raising up leaders
• Oversee our ministry to youth, including leading our youth discipleship team and giving general oversight to the youth ministry
• Serve as one of the pastors of the church, including leading a small group, conducting member interviews, preaching 10-12 times a year

Qualifications:

• Have completed or be very near completion of their Master of Divinity degree.
• Be motivated to engage regularly with prospective students,
• Be drawn to identify and spend time with student leaders
• Have a strong work ethic.

We are open to a brother who would like both to do college ministry long term or those who would like to be launched into senior pastor ministry in 3-5 years. For those brothers who ultimately want to be a senior pastor, we are experienced in equipping, training, and sending out such brothers into pastorates, having done so with the last two men to fill the position.
