As the Air Cargo handling Director, you will oversee air cargo transshipment operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination across the Americas, including the U.S. and key related destinations. Your responsibilities include managing pricing, cost control, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance, while optimizing processes and strengthening partnerships with airlines and logistics providers to deliver competitive, high-quality services.
To excel in this position, you must have strong experience in air cargo transshipment operations and a deep understanding of cross-border logistics transfers in Miami. Ensuring TSA security compliance is essential, and IATA certification is highly desirable. While English is the primary working language, Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
